I agree. I have had nothing but excellent service from them and wouldn't dream of switching to anyone else but dang are they expensive. I am paying around $ 130 a month for cable only. Granted I have every freaking channel under the sun but I am so going to cut back on that. Still, great customer service and the techs they send out really go above and beyond what they were sent out for.

Hi Kathleen1971... really you pay $130 for just cable? Did you get extra channels?

I pay $130 but have phone, internet, and cable with boxes (one dvr)

Sadly I do pay that much and that is without phone and internet. I keep meaning to sit down and go over my bill with them and see how I can cut costs. I do have every single channel they offer and every On Demand channel as well but in this day and age I really don't need all that so I will be cutting back.

Need only basic cable, DLS internet, and very basic phone service (local calls). What would that cost me?

SUCCESS !!! After month's of bugging them I finally got my rebate of $100.00 yesterday ! I've learned to be persistant. just thought I'd pass this info on since maybe there is someone else out there that needs to keep on them for your rebate.

OMG! That's a lot! I'm glad my HOA pay for basic cable and then we use TIVO.. we only pay Brighthouse $77.00 a month for cable, phone, cable cards, and internet!

We love Brighthouse!
