If you had to choose an area in Pasco County which area would you choose to be the best to live in with the best schools, low crime and nice neighborhoods?

Lake Padgett would be my choice, but there are plenty others that are nice, especially if you want newer home with less yard

I really like the Seven Oaks area for the landscaping, clubhouse, gated communities, and location to I-75 and Bruce B Downs. It just seems like a nice place to live and will be very close to the new mall being built on Route 56.

Seven Oaks is very nice. It depends how much money you want to spend.

Seven Oaks and The bay at Cypress Creek if you want a gated Town Home community and not having to deal with the noise of I-75 but still within 1 min. of getting to I-75.

Seven Oaks or Meadow Pointe. Though Meadow Pointe is not that close to I-75.

Trinity area is nice, just over the Pasco county line. Good schools. Biggest negative is smaller plots of land.

I agree with Trinity, but a word of caution: Trinity encompasses three counties, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough, hence the name. To get lower real estate taxes, look north of Hwy 54 and east of US 19.
