Looking into booking a beachfront motel this weekend. I've been to the area several times, but typically go downtown or to Y'Bor. I think we'll hit Y'Bor City one night but wanted to be within walking distance at least one night. Did a quick search around the area I'm looking and found...
Port Bar
Ricky Ts
Monster pizza slices and bar
Jimmy Bs

Any of those worthwhile for a bunch of mid-late 20 somethings looking for a party bar?

First off, it's just Ybor. I'm not really familiar with those bars. Just from driving through, St. Pete Beach doesn't seem like a "party beach." It's fairly laid-back. Conveniently, however, it's relatively close to St. Petersburg's Central Avenue corridor, which has lots of bars. In fact, Central Avenue pretty much ends in St. Pete Beach, though I think it changes names.

Thanks for the name correction and insight. Where do you recommend on St Petersbur's Central Avenue corridor? Or do you recommend skipping it and stick to Downtown?

The bars stretch from 4th or 5th Street (I think) up to about I-275 (I think)

Actually, Central Avenue becomes the Treasure Island Causeway which then becomes 107th Avenue in Treasure Island, which is north of St. Pete Beach.
