Hi guys, I will be attending USF in the fall and I'm looking at apartments or condos in New Tampa. I've looked at some where it is close to Morris Bridge Road and was wondering if anybody can tell me how the traffic is on the road and on east fletcher going to USF during the rush hours. I was wondering because it seems as if it would be a better route than taking Bruce B Downs to get to USF. Any input will be appreciated.

Thanks

I don't think the traffic would be so bad on Bruce B. Downs. I live in Tampa Palms and take my kids to a school in Lutz, just north of Bearss and off of Nebraska. It takes me 15 minutes to get them to school around 7:45 in the morning. Pick up is at 3:30 and I leave at 3:20. Just a thought. I don't know what the traffic would be like from Morris Bridge.

Morris Bridge to USF is definately MUCH faster than B.B. Downs to USF, I've never timed it but I would guess it cuts the commute time in half at least.
