I was looking at a few apartments in this area and am wondering people think. It looks close to that whole westshore area where a lot of accounting jobs seem to be.

Its hit or miss as far as Waters Ave. Make sure you stay to the west of Dale Mabry. If you go east you will run into run down complex's, a lot of drugs, break-in's and such. Its not to bad to West Shore either.

Yes, you may want to give names of the apartments. I wouldn't rent anywhere near the WalMart on Waters/Hanley.
My suggestion, look for a reasonable private condo rental. You might luck out and get a really nice unit in a decent community and pay less than what typical apt communities want.
