If you were to move into a MPC, which would you choose? Why?

I think the 'master planning' went a bit astray these last couple of years LOL
however, I do like Fishhawk and I do like Lakewood Ranch, a bit plastic and away from it all for my own personal liking, but nicely done all the same.

I would recommend Fishhawk. It was my first choice of all the developments we visited. We put over 1000 miles on our rental car looking at developments. Unfortunately for the type of travel my husband does, there was an issue geographically. However, of our family relocating from out of state whom I have recommended it to, all are very pleased. It's almost too good to be true. We joke about it being a "Stepford" community.

I've seen almost all of them within a 50-mile radius. Picking from the newer developments, I like Seven Oaks best. But like the others before me, I don't care for how far away they are from airport, hospitals, etc. From the older developments, I'd choose Cheval. JMHO.

All the ones I was leaning toward. Fishhawk Ranch, Seven Oaks and maybe Cheval (west) the affordable side.

I just wish they were not so far out.

We really, really like Fishhawk, but we haven't seen Seven Oaks yet.
