I'm considering moving out of my crappy little apartment and into something a little nicer. Not ready to buy a house yet because my company may be moving me around next year. Does anyone have any info on the Regatta Beach Club, I drove by the other day and it seemed okay, just wondering what living inside is like, how the apartments are, etc. I don't need much, just a place to crash at the end of everyday, but I'd also like to not have to worry about all my crap being stolen.

Or if anyone has other advice on places to check out, I'd prefer to stay in the Clearwater beach area, some family just moved into Indian Rocks beach so I'd like to be somewhat close.

Price really isn't a huge concern, just looking for someplace nice and safe.

Default It depends on content of your purse

Regata beach club looks nice, but is very expensive.I have there a unit. Besides, HOA is very high too, It is a ripoff. Association is involved in multiple lawsuits, they pay for their stupidity by tenants money. You can buy condo in 3-4 miles distance from the beach, it will cost you 30-40K (I own one there, as well) The only disadvantage is expensive parking on the beach, still it is better than to buy for that price.
