Not to sound silly, but don't you live there? doesn't it have a sign up front?

Default I'd guess

From google maps looks like its right off Spring Hill Drive, there are no subdivisions there that I know of........its just a part of Spring Hill.

Not like 7 Hills, Sterling Hills, Silverthorn, which are all subdivisions.

Welcome to Spring Hill.

According to the property appraiser site, Songbird is correct. It is simply a part of Spring Hill not a particular subdivision.

I'm unit 8 but I wouldn't call it a subdivision. I'd call Silverthorn, 7-Hills, Pristine Place a subdivision.

Pilgrim Rd. is just another street in Spring Hill.

They are all subdivisions. Even all the Spring Hills. Some just don't have the fancy sign.
