I am relocating to Tampa and in the process of house/apt hunting, I keep coming across a company/agency called Tampa Bay Rentals.
Can anyone tell me about this company? What exactly do they do? I have called them, I just wanted to see if anyone else has used them before?

Due toforeclosure mess, there are some beautiful houses for rent in different areas. I just know this one in my community, it is a award winning very family friendly community in land o lakes with community offering swimming pools, tennis/basketball courts, Spa, hot tubs, fishing peirs, activities center and so many things for kids incluing zoo, tree house, theater. ALl this part of the community and they all are free for tenants. Why pay apartment company when you get all this for free? Let me know if you are interested in land o lakes area and I can find out more details on this. Just don't remember exact address.

Forgot to mention, what I meant by foreclasure mess, is the new investors are able to buy houses very cheap and can afford to rent it out at cheap rate. Just wanted to clarify what I meant and didn't want to scare anyone. Good Luck.
