I absolutely love Dunedin. It's a great location,great events and the charm is just awesome. I would love to live on a cobble stone street in Dunedin! Good luck!

Dunedin is an absolutely gorgeous place to live!! But if you "Want warmer weather near Gulf Coast..." you might need to look elsewhere. Winter gets quite cold dropping into the negatives and with snow from time to time. It is spring atm and today is destined to be from 4C to 6C and raining.

cathyjjc20: it comes down in the 30's here.......warm weather YEAR ROUND you will find ONLY in Miami/Key West, In Orlando, Tampa and anything north of Miami it gets cold in the winter months! We had frost on our plants last year........

LOL - snow in Dunedin, Florida! Please check out the climate data on CD and you'll see that that is completely erroneous. You'll love the weather down here and the winter months are heavenly. Last Christmas I was swimming.
