$30,000 a year or actually 9 months works out to $3,333 a month.

I have 3 children in schools here and have not had any problems except for a few minor ones that were related to a few teachers not the entire school.

I know there are some schools that are not that good but to spend $30,000 for private school seems a little steep.

There are some people that feel if they are not spending more than the next person that they are not getting something good. That is why some people go to Starbucks and overpay even though in just about every blind taste test done Dunkin Donuts and 7-11 rate higher.

To equate the decision to send a child to private school to a cup of coffee says much about why Florida schools are in the condition they are in.

2 plus 2 makes 4 in Public schools too... in Tampa, Buenos Aires and Athens!!!! What a concept! Public schools are not hurting because people buy coffee at Dunkin instead of Star Bucks as the profits of Neither goes to schools!!! You missed the Point!!!

look another Tampa thread about taxes and "socialism"

as usual its full of vague and emotional anecdotes

seriously, does anyone really think there is a creative class in Greater Tampa? I'm 20somethinger, and I've never come across anything other than mediocre lazy kids working service jobs thinking that bad photoshopping makes them waaaaaaay creative.
