No and no thanks. I need a wider coverage area, so it's not for me (yet). I've not heard any good things about it either. Sorry!

I purchased a phone at metro pcs on bridge st in fort wort and it did not work. I was told i would get a 30 dollar credit twards a different phone. I payed 149 for this phone. The sale girls only were concerned about making a sale. I asked for the owner and the sales girls stated that he never comes in. Maybe be should so he can see the type of sales people he has, i will never purchase a metro pcs phone again, do not make the same misatke i did.

THE PHONES DROP CALLES AND ARE OF POOR QUALITY. THIS ENTIRE ORDEAL WAS A JOKE, AND BY THE WAS IF YOU PURCHASE A POTECTION PLAN YOU WILL HAVE A DEDUCTABLE USUALLY CLOSE TO THE PHONES TOTAL COST.

I am an advocate for GSM phones. Global Service for Mobile is the most versatile and universal service. You will find GSM service with the likes of AT&T and T-Mobile.

If you are interested in data-transfer and a technology with a bright future, consider GSM phones. Do some research on GSM LTE (Long Term Evolution). The US government is supporting LTE and will substaintially increase the capibility of what you can do with GSM technology, more specifically the 3G-> 4G -> 5G -> so on and so forth as time rolls on. LTE is not GSM specific as 3G is the data network. Choose a company that offers a 3G + network most specifically if you are interested in data transfer.
