NEW PORT RICHEY - An insurance agent has been sentenced to 10 years of probation for bilking an 81-year-old woman out of an $88,000 insurance premium.

Randolph Kahl-Winter, 48, who pleaded guilty Wednesday to grand theft and uttering a forged instrument, also must surrender his insurance license.

In November, Kahl-Winter obtained a $1.75 million life insurance policy from the American National Insurance Co. for Bonnie Madden of Port Richey.

One out who will be next...I believe there are many more ins. agents who will be caught....mortgage ins., life ins., health ins....I can't wait to see more getting caught...maybe our premiums will go down in the end!
