18 states do not have such a law. Thats a heck of a lot more than a handful.

The majority of states do have it, and if ever a state needed a law to keep drivers focused on driving that would be FL.

35 states and Washington DC now ban texting. So that only leave 15 states that don't.

As they say in Germany(which banned cell phone use while driving) "eyes on the road, and both hands on the wheel".

Come on man, you know people here in Orlando don't give a rats-ass about driving haha. They will run you off the road willingly so you know they could care less about their full attention on the road.

I catch the Lynx as much as possible here to avoid dealing with the scares and ehadache on a regular basis.

Just yesterday some idiot started sliding in my lane, and I hit my horn and all of the sudden he realized he was still driving and started moving back in his lane!

IF you're handy with a camera, you can take photos of them too! But I still prefer to horn.
