We are looking for a Real Estate agent for the areas north of Tampa. We have had horrible experiences in the past 3 years down here, we'd like a breath of fresh air.

Please be willing to invest your time
Please no players/chasers/quicksale artists
Please understand this is a mission, we've been homeowners there is a specific order we want to do this please respect that

We have a list of MLS numbers that we'd like to see this weekend... only if you are willing to invest time. We need area information more than anything and these 8 listings gives us the ability to see what has been built in those areas...we are open to other suggestions also.

Well.. let me say that many are aware of the no soliciting rules for CD and may take that to mean Direct messages too. Realtor's can respond if you are asking for help.

I DM you our realtor who actually one of the three I interviewd and ended up chosing her, which was top of the line. I post this message because I want you to interview few and ask taugh questions. If you are like me who do his home work ( I did tone of research, go to the real estate part and learn what should you ask) you will see easy good realtor when you see one.

P.S.

I parted ways with my first realtor that came recomended by somebody that we knew and she wasn't up to the task. But my research and the fact that I interviewed them help me a lot. So, take all recommendations based on what specific goal you want to accomplish. Good luck.
