Does Any one Know anything about Palencia appartments? I'm really considering to move by then end of the summer. Do i have to have renters insurance? How much?
How far towards the coast can i get with out paying killer rent prices and insurance? Can I make it on a Bartending/waitressing salary?

I hope some one can answer my questions, please reply

Well Pasco used to be cheaper. But Tampa is overgrowing and the whole are is expensive. I've had friends who were bartenders and all of them had to have roommates. Only a few were single. Car insurance will be high though.

1) Palencia is ok. Not great.

2) Living in Hills. cheaper than Pasco. Simple answer ... No.

Keep in mind the drive from Pasco to Hillsborough on 275 in the morning commute is awful b/c the transportation infrastructure is not in place to deal with all of the traffic.
