Hi,
We are recent victims of a known theft ring that expands through Citrus, Sumter, Pasco and Hernando (and maybe more, who knows?) Counties. We had our F-250 truck that was attached to a gooseneck trailer with atv's on it stolen right outside our bedroom window at 4:45 am while we were home. Long story short, we've heard of a few other victims that have had either trucks, trailers, atv's and other items stolen. We know who is involved and its very frustrating because we can't "prove" it and neither can law enforcement. Tuesday there was an arrest involving one of our known suspects in Sumter County. Two suspects were arrested for stealing a F-350 truck, trailer, tools and a shed that was on the trailer. This case is so similiar to ours and others we have heard about involving the same suspect that was arrested in Sumter County that its hard to believe it keeps happening. The frustating thing is that these criminals keep getting let out only to commit the crime again. There is many more details involved in this but I know I said I would make a long story short so....
The question I would like to ask is....is anybody else out there familiar with this or had a crime similiar to this in these areas committed against them? (The main area where these criminals process the stolen property is Dade City/Lacoochee area)
Any input is appreciated!

Doesn't it make a lot of noise to get a huge truck attached and drive off...I guess you live in the middle of nowhere since in my neighborhood it would have made too much noise.

Sorry this happened to you. I was a victim of a home invasion/buglary while we were home and it will always stay with you.
