to St. Petersburg when he graduates and live with his uncle.....he wants to attend the Community College. He will be 18 years old....will he be considered a resident for tuition or nonresident. Not looking to game the system just trying to figure out how much tuition will be (we are paying). If he is nonresident....and goes for a year....do you think he will be considered a resident then?

Thanks.....I have little to no experience with any thing like this.

Resident: One full calendar year in the state with proof. Have fun proving it also as I went to HCC easily 20 times with 20 different forms of ID proving I've lived here all my life. Last time I went in, I was informed I was an out of state student (that was with driver's license, regjstration, SSC, birth certificate, and whatever else I could find.
