Looking for a newer (less than 20 years old or thereabouts) home in Satey Harbor/Oldsmar area.

I am looking for homes WITHOUT traditional details such as chair rails, crown molding, glass in cupboards doors, etc. I want minimalist, modern styling, preferably all-white kitchens with all-white tile flooring throughout most or all of the house. No "country" accents!!!!

Think Asian/California.

I want between 1600-2000 square feet, one-story, small lot.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you!

I can't think of anything around that area like that. We now have an IKEA in Tampa. You may want to consider moving into one of their furniture showrooms.

I'm not sure if you'll find any up there. Those areas have exploded over the past twenty years, so think generic 80s suburban home to tack 00s Spanish tiled McMansions. I really don't know of any local areas where you will find homes like that. I see them here and there, but there's no real concentration. If you're willing to compromise, you can probably find older homes with very modern interiors.

Try Lansbrook and Eastland in Oldsmar.
