Closest neighbourhood to the beaches with good areas and schools is Seminole or parts of unincorporated largo that fall in the Seminole School District including some of the beaches, Indian rocks to Redington I believe is in that zone. Central Pinellas county, so pretty good for access all over the county. Otherwise look north of Clearwater, not so close to the beach but another good residential and school area. Like Palm Harbor and Tarpon, then over in Hillsborough there is good areas too, the hillsborough folks will fill you in better
