Hi everyone,

Will be moving to the 33626 area in a few months and was wondering which company has the best TV/Internet/Phone bundle available.

I've found that the 2 main companies are Brighthouse and Verizon FIOS.

Thoughts?

Not interested in the satellite service.

Love my Bright House but not their price increase...

Only new customers will get a special deal, when will companies start doing it for loyal customers....

Verizon's customer care is horrible so I rather not deal with them!

We started with Verizon and switched to Brighthouse. They paid our early termination fee.

The best thing about Brighthouse, imo, is there is no contract. We pay about 112.00 a month for phone/internet/cable, which is about what we paid with Verizon for just phone and internet.

We only have two here.....(pretty sad)
1. Brighthouse is the most reasonable one. We have Brighthouse since 2003, and the issues we had all this time can be counted on half of 1 hand.
2. Verizon locks you in a 2 year contract and their customer service is horrendous!

sounds like brighthouse was the right choice, verizon offered phone/internet and tv thru direct tv 2 year contract on that (no fios in the area for us)

We've had both...twice. Personally, I prefer the Fios technology, but Verizon is more expensive (they will fee you to death); and their accounting system is infuriating. Brighthouse offered lots of spiffs and bought us out of our Verizon contract last July. We had a $75 credit balance at Verizon. l'm still l trying to get a refund. It's not the money. It's the principle.

FiOS blows away brighthouse when it comes to internet speed and their TV, but their customer service is horrible. it is a trade off I guess.

Hands down the answer is Verizon Fios. They pull fiber optics right to your home so whatever technology brings us in the next 10 years, they will be able to provide it and more. The picture is crystal clear.

I tried Brighthouse when I was thinking about switching from Directv a few years ago and the cable service was so fuzzy that after a week I canceled it. I did have a 65" Big screen but I never had those issues with Directv or Verizon Fios.
