There are homes right off Hwy 54 East of I-75 in Wesley Chapel. There is a subdivision called Fox Ridge Estates that has a great home on 1 3/8 acres with two separate driveways....one to a 2 car garage and one to a large workshop/carport. They also had a large additional slab to park an RV complete with outdoor hookups. I saw that they just lowered the price to $349,900. Send me a PM if you would like me to track down the address.

We live in Pinellas County and it really depends if the neighborhood has deed restrictions or not and we have lots of options under $300K right now - it's a buyers market for the time being.

Hi Mac,
We have lived in St Pete, Tampa, and now south of Lakeland. You can really get more for your money in Polk County and benefit from lower taxes. Good luck in your search.

Don't know what type of property you need, but we will be putting ours on the market here in Dade City (Pasco County) in a few weeks. PM me if interested, almot 1.5 acres with cottage and workshop, zoned Ag-Residential, no zoning, park anything you want, do anything you want. Very reasonable.
