Looks like that time of year is here two weeks early, with highs in the 90's and lows in the mid 70's. We will have 5 months of hell.

And the next 5 months are exactly why we can't wait to get back.

Continuation of the never-ending "how can you stand the summer" thread? Nice work CHASLS2!

Didn't we already cover this? To an annoying end?

Five months of heaven are coming up, IMO. I'll enjoy the heat before the next winter cold front spoils my day.

I think I'll work on my tan. I lost it over the winter.

For you who love the heat you can have it. Once the gulf temps reach the mid 80's and more we will really see what a steam bath is like once we are stuck in a reverse west wind flow for weeks at a time.

Bring it on. Nature's sauna and the gulf is her hot tub. People pay good money for those things. I like the temps in the gulf up in the mid 80's. Warmer the better. It is true Arthur hates these temps but Arthur and I aren't very good friends so it's just tough on him and easy on me.

It's whole different ball game with much less humidity, still very hot with temps in the 100's. You can have that country.
