Hello everyone,

I'm looking at different gym memberships in the area and came across a place called Lifestyle Family Fitness which I understand is pretty big in Florida.

I went to their website and it shows three different types of membership; Premiere, Passport, One Club. The website however didn't really explain the difference in the three or the pricing.

I also noticed that they have a class that states it is fee based but it doesn't tell you the fee assoicated.

Anyone have first hand information to share?

thanks in advance,

like most gyms, they dont give a lot of info on the website. I am a LFF member and work out at the hyde park gym. I love it, but I am paying $57 a month for a membership. It is twice the cost of my LA fitness membership which I still carry even though I moved away from brandon and into tampa. I have a passport which allows me to go to any one i want. premier ONLY adds unlimited tanning. I dont know if classes are included.

What I would suggest would be get your membership NOT at the hyde park gym. Since it is a more expensive part of town, they will lock you in at a higher price. I would personally go to clearwater or westchase or carrolwood for a membership, you might save yourself 10-20 a month. You can actually negotiate gym memberships. I negotiated my LA fitness membership down to 30 a month for a nationwide membership.

That is good to know! I never would have thought to purchase at one for the lower price and then use the one closest to my house.
