Can anyone please tell me where the Hillsborough Heights Neighborhood is in Tampa? Also if it is a safe area to raise children? How are the schools? We are considering a move to this area in the future. Thank you very much.

No, I would not live there. The area between 40th and 56th Streets is generally an area to avoid. City-Data shows Hillsborough Heights as being just south of Hillsborough between 44th and 47th.

Just wondering, but how did you find out about Hillsborough Heights? As far I know, that's not even the name of the neighborhood association, but rather the name of the subdivision back when it was developed a few decades ago.

Default thanks

I appreciate your replies. I had heard that there may be a wonderful program going in there and the person who told me about it used the Hillsborough Heights to say where the program would be. I think we might keep looking as schools and safety is of primary concern.
