My daughter and her best friend from high school are ready to "fly the coop". They have both just finished their first year of college and are not sure of their next steps. They desperately want out of this town (Fort Myers) that they have both lived in all their lives but don't want to move too far from home just yet.
They just drove a friend to the airport in St. Pete and have discovered Clearwater Beach. They love it! They are both currently working waiting tables, but my daughter is also an experienced lifeguard and water safety instructor.
Could they find an affordable apartment (2 br around $750) in a safe neighborhood? We're talking about two 19 y/o girls. What are the chances of them finding jobs in the area?
Is this realistic at all??
Thanks in advance for any help/advice you can offer!

This sounds like the lead-in to a Lifetime original movie.
