Don't move to West Tn then. It's hot, the crime is high, and everyone wants in your business. For the better or worst. Like other have said look east of Nashville. Even east of Knoxville. Good Luck.

Default Flooding

I am ignorant on the topic but did the areas east of Nashville get hit hard by the flooding? I am trying to figure out how you factor that in. In other words I do not want to build or buy and get flooded out when that is now a known entity. I am truly impressed by the areas between Nashville and Chattanooga in terms of scenery. and Cookesville area seems very, very nice as mentioned.

We may be driving out over the next two weeks pending some client issues to have a look around, but right now I am trying to cross areas off the list in order to limit the search. And within the demographics I outlined flooding would seem to also be a logical choice. Thoughts?

All the best...

Wilson County or Smith County east of Nashville... or any of the adjacent counties to Knox County(maybe not Blount and Sevier b/c they're growing in population pretty fast).
