I'm sure ready to trade in our white Christmas for one down in TN, just have to wait a couple more years. We have had about 30" so far for December. We could not even get out the front door two weeks ago. I attached a couple of the snow up here in WI but we had two smaller snowfalls after these were taken but before Christmas. I would guess a lot of people were happy to see it for Christmas.

Yes, a white Christmas is nice, and it's rare enough in much of TN to be a treat.
What always temporarily cures me from wanting to move home where I still have a lot of family is a trip in January. 7 feet and 35 below is a pretty sure cure.
Yup, white Christmases are nice. White Halloweens and Easters, not so much. Here, the cold and snow is usually very temporary. Single or near single digits the day before yesterday; 60 in two days from now...
