I think the Cookeville area is just BEAUTIFUL!! It's a wonderful area to raise a family. Check it out. www.herald-citizen.com here is the newspaper for the area.

I'm not familar with Mountain City. A poster that goes by JMT has a wealth of knowledge on pretty much the whole state.

Boone is in North Carolina so you should ask that in the NC forum. Are you referring to Greenville, South Carolina? Or Greeneville, Tennessee?

Mountain City is in the Tri Cities area of Tennessee. You should ask about Mountain City in that area's forum:
//www.city-data.com/forum/kings...-city-bristol/

Likewise, you should ask about Cookeville in the Cookeville forum:
//www.city-data.com/forum/cookeville/

There are a lot of nice people who will be glad to help you in these forums. Good luck on your search!
