In Tennessee, where what area would be best for:

Cultural offerings
Small town feel/good community
Diversity, esp. some Hispanic population
College in town or right nearby
At least an acre of land for under 200K

Tullahoma, has:
* Northgate Mall
* Motlow State Community College in city limits
* Outstanding Recreation, 2 Community centers, 6 parks, 2 swimming pools
* Has a exceptional hispanic population
* City has popluation of just over 20,000
* Outstanding school system (recognized throughout the state)
* great shoppoing and restraunts
