Seems like when people are talking about moving to a certain area and ask about job opportunities everyone has their own opinion on what is out there.

That's the investment market definition of "premium." ^^^

In terms of labor stats, it refers to time and a half pay for weekends and holidays.

Thanks. It's different in the world of insurance so I wasn't sure.
