Hi,
I am considering moving from the NE into Memphis due to a job opportunity. I was looking into rentals and came accross two that look very good (from pictures) but I am not sure of the areas they are located in (since I heard that some neighborhoods as better than others).
I am considering:
Cedar Wood - 2880 Beverly Hills Drive, Memphis TN 38128
Graceland manor - 2118 East Raines Rodas memphis TN 38116
Any help is appreciated.

Don't know anything about the buildings/neighborhood but Graceland Manor (the entire complex) looks like it is for sale, happened right after they refinanced and renovated it, so you might want to be careful about that one because no matter what anyone tells you now, when you move in it will probably be with new owners no one knows anything about.
There are 2 sites where tenants rate and review apartments but neither of these two places were on either site (at least, not under their current names). Just in case you want to look at other tenant reviewed apartments in Memphis, those sites are:
