Hello!
My family is considering a move fr. Nashville to E. TN. We want to be closer to the mountains rather than the flat plains. We want to be far enough from the Pigeon Forge traffic yet not more than an hour away...Can anyone suggest anywhere to get affordable land around there? Our first choice was and still is Cocke County but we are open for suggestions. I have read good things about Johnson City and Crossville in this forum, so I would also be interested in that. We ideally want property near a spring or somewhere we can have well water, and no subidivisons. Had enough of that in Nashville
Our aim is to build a steel building and retrofit it as a house...
