New to me, but it has a Facebook page. It seems to overlook the Sequatchie Valley. Close to Fall Creek Falls State Park. Fairly new. In a pretty rural environment. Closer to Chattanooga than another major city. If you like rural, you'll love it.

Looks like they're trying to capitalize on the success of Jasper Highlands, the mega development of John "Thunder" Thornton that has drawn hundreds of homebuyers from around the world. The views are spectacular. But JH benefits from easy access to I-24. I wonder about Pikeville.
