Even with the spire, Clark is 120 meters. 100 N Main is 130 meters.

What I find sad about the skyscrapers in Memphis: two of the five tallest buildings in Memphis (100 North Main and the Sterick Building) are totally empty. I know there are all kinds of legal issues surrounding the Sterick, but I would love to see that beautiful building restored to its former glory. It is, by far, my favorite high rise in the entire state.

Hmm... I've checked three different sites and came up with two different heights

Emporis & SSP have the spire height at 470' (143.3m) Wikipedia has it at 400' (120m). Interestingly enough, there are also different heights given for the roof. Wiki has the roof at 365', whereas Emporis and SSP have it at 400', but Emporis also list the "main" roof height at 364'.

I'd link to the sites, but I think they'd be considered competitors to C-D

I think somebody will grab the Sterick once the whole building owner/land owner spat gets resolved in a few years. And hopefully they're return it to its original color scheme.

100 N. Main was bought by a questionable developer who wanted to convert it to a hotel and apartments. He cleared out all of its existing tenants and then stopped making tax payments. It recently sold at tax auction to a developer out of Florida who also seems questionable.
