Yes, there were a couple surprises on the list and any list of the 10 worst state to live in 2016 that doesn't include West Virginia is suspect.

NBC is notorious for its leftist bias. Not surprisingly, these states are mostly 'red' states. Just look at the reasoning for putting LA on this list to see their agenda. I mean...a gay person in New Orleans 'unprotected'....really?! One of the gayest cities in the world? Tennessee Williams didn't think so...and that was 50 years ago.

NBC does tend to be to the left in most of it's news. As I said in and earlier post, these so called "surveys" are usually biased and agenda driven not matter what organization does them. I have come to pay no attention to them.
