You have a valid question, but it's too broad. What size city do you want to live in, or do you want rural? Are you interested in west TN, middle TN, or east TN?

Also, be sure to read the other posts on here that discuss schools - that should help, too. If schools are your only consideration, there is information on here about the quality of the different school systems.

Default Something not to far from the School

I need a location with land and jobs, (not impossible, I hope) I would like a place where I can keep my Horses. I'm going to try to find a good school first then find some property around that location. I want to make sure I'm in a good community for the the sake of my children.

If you are looking at East TN, I have my children in Gray schools, we love them! They are seen as some of the best schools in east TN. There are homes with land for horses but it depends what your price range in for that. I would say you are looking at 250k plus for 10 acres and house. Not sure though, not a Realtor hahahhahaa

I am going through so many different online realtors right now. I just need some residents from different areas to tell me the pro's and con's for each area. This was a very hard decision for me and I would rather get info from the horses mouth, than an add on a page. Becides I want a really good comunity with an excellent school. I hope this is possible!! lol. My husband wants in an area where he can get a job but that isn't a large concern now because he works out of New Orleans. So we will have time to find employment. I am just trying to figure out the best course of action.. Thanks Again
