You are not kidding, this has to be one of the weirdest things I have ever seen. A couple of lightning flashes, a soft grumble of thunder and sleet and snow. What the begeezus...

Needless to say, I went to call the outside cat in since it is so nasty and slipped and fell on the front porch. The ouchie wasn't so bad as my backside pajama's sticking to the sheet of ice. I felt like I was on the Benny Hill show.

So far, nothing here in northeast Tennessee, but it supposed to be heading this way. Never know it today... it was 68° @ my house today for a high. We seen a few peeks of the sun, but not much.

How often do you see moderate snow in southwest Tennessee and nearly 70° in northeast Tennessee at the same time? Not often.

Oh yeah, up here too. The Bradford pears are budding, early flowers are in full bloom and the Weeping willows are getting green. Hope they are not setting themselves up for disaster like last year!

I'm very sorry to hear that. We sometime laugh and poke fun at each other for being from Florida or being from Tennessee or being from New Jersey . . . but when sometime bad happens, we're all from the same place.

Got up this morning, looked out my window and saw about 2 inches of grass. It was grass everywhere you looked. Luckily, it is not covering my car. I suppose I could get dressed today, dig out my gloves and go play in the grass but maybe I should just stay in and do my taxes.
