It's a rich neighborhood in Knoxville.
It's about a mile or so from the UT Campus and Downtown

It's basically a rich (typically old money) subvision. The home for the President of UT is there. It has it's own small park on the lake.

Sequoyah Hills is a beautiful, and I mean beautiful part of Knoxville. Definitely old money. There are some townhouses and condos in Sequoyah Hills where you can get something for less than $200k. There are also smaller bungalows that goes for less than $300k. The mansions along Cherokee Blvd easily go for $500k on up. But there are rarely many homes for sale in Sequoyah Hills, they tend to sell fairly quickly--and for a good reason.
