Look at the thread by LauraC regarding one year in TN. She has great insight into where and why to choose a location.

Okay, I give. Every time I try to link to a thread I get an error.

So in the TN Forum search for One Year In Tennessee - 20 Observations

BTW we bought in Fairfield Glade a couple of years ago. Very happy with the decision, but we are hoping Crossville "grows up" a bit before we get there. From what I've been hearing that is happening so it's all good.

A couple other places you may want to do some research on:

- Franklin (just outside of Nashville)
- Clarksville
- Cookeville
- Dickson
- McMinnville
Just make sure you spell Cookeville correctly or you won't find much info.

Nope, we have a nice library and several restaurants, new movie theater. Sure don't want to see it grown into another Cookeville with all the traffic and restaurant row, etc.... The only thing I would like to see would be a home depot. I much prefer HD to Lowes. I've even bought a couple of windows from the local lumber yard, rather than go to Lowes.....LOL
