Hi everyone in Tennessee land,
Im on a fixed income,single, and raising my sweet little grandaughter here in W.Washington.I am so tired of the high cost of living here and want to move somewhere that has a more afforable area to live in.I want to buy us a place with an acre or more(she wants a pony) and a home that doesn't leak.I will have 40-60 k.to pay for a place and would like to be within 1/2 hour to town that has a hospital in E.Tn.with good schools for my grandaughter.I am not picky and am quite able and willing to take a place and fix it up as long as it is not a major fixer upper.Im planning to put my place up for sale in the spring and to make a trip to see this area.I have searched high and low on the internet and have found that E.Tn.would make us a nice place to live.Any info.would be greatly apreciated and thank you for taking the time to read this.
