Why did you replace the bridge on page 1 with a culvert? And it looks like you had several of them and I remember the issue of the clog. Was the bridge just too dangerous and in need of upkeep? It looks pretty cool to me.
The original bridge crossing the creek onto our road would not hold the weight of cement trucks. With the town's help we were able to get a large culvert installed. It is much more stout and safer. We have smaller culverts inside our property.

We are originally from NY then moved to Florida and back to NC and then TN. We are called halfbacks

We still work but only for ourselves.

Okay I'm so glad your back, it's been way to long. I'm needing to know what #2634 is, I'm not very good at finding things LOL.
Hope Niki is feeling better....

Never mind I found it

I can't wait to hear about the projects you've got planned. A store and rental cabins should be quite interesting. What kind of store do you have planned? Or, are you just going to build a retail building, and lease it out for someone else to set up a business in?
Are the cabins going to be on this piece of property (or that one along the road), or are you going to invest in more land?

What is wrong with Vicky? You mentioned that she was under the weather, but didn't go into much detail. Sure hope she's feeling better now that she's back home.

Any plans for the "homestead"
I sorta wish you had put your "coming home" blog as part of this one......makes things easier to follow
