Ok, so I know about the brown recluse (had an unfortunate event with one) and the black widow spider inhabiting TN, but what affect do they have on pets. I have 2 cats who are "bug hunters" and love to catch bugs, play with them and unfortunately have ate a few (yuck). So if they were to come across a black widow or brown recluse, how will the venom affect them? If they get bit or eat one! I know, not a pleasant thougt, but I would like to know if anyone has had experience with this. Especially since they have a horrible effect on us!
