Yes........ it's a subdivision... has night time security, 18 hole golf course which is open to the public (I don't play), on site restaurant, community pool, paved roads, on site bed-n-breakfast/Inn, some homes have municipal water, (I have a well), Comcast available.
It's nice for a subdivision... it's a Bear refuge (what ever that means) well kept, people are nice, homeowner association isn't over bearing (thank God) , HOA isn't too expensive (500 per yr), you can rent your home (I do) seasonally/daily,
No trash pick-up (common compactor/container) because of the Bears.... which make sense, no shooting, (darn) lots of wildlife, mature trees preserved (except golf course).
