We're still trying to find the 'right' place for us-so far Blount County wins hands down, but we would love more insight into Louisville-the pros, the cons, the good, the bad and the 'gotta know' stuff that a couple with no kids (kinda retired) from Nevada, who have yet to visit (soon, folks, soon I hope
) need to know. At the top of our list is house prices, property taxes, and why we would even consider Louisville if given a choice of a similar home in Tellico/Loudon area.

Main Benefit to Louisville over farther south along the lake is proximity to town. That gets you closer to shopping, nightlife, hospitals, and culture.
