I have just a question : With 15 years old, can we drive a motorcycle in Tennessee ?

Check with TN DMV. My brother got his motorcycle license when he was 15 but I dont know the laws for non-citizens.

Yes, but I don't find the laws for non-citizens (I don't speak very well English sorry :/ )

I could be wrong, but I believe as a resident you will be required to get a TN drivers license within 30 days of residency. Check out this link, it might answer some of your questions.

Go to this page, it'll show you the requirements. Scroll down to the Class M Limited license info - until you turn 16 that's what is available to you, and it's pretty restricted.
