Unfortunately, my "non ethanol" gas station that I would go out of my way to get to (Sam's club) just added ethanol.
That really stinks!

Is it a national brand that we would recognize?

Unless you want to drill for your own oil, build your own pipelines and refineries, you're stuck paying whatever the market tells you to pay. (BTW, oil companies do not determine the price of oil any more than IBM determines the price of its stocks.)

Or, you could park your car, get out your bike and bus pass and never buy gasoline again.

The Soviets had price controls on their gasoline. That's not what we need.

With the card today at Wal-Mart in Bristol Tennessee its $1.83 per gallon!

I have four cars and have been filling them up one by one each week. Saving my 1970s tank for the last one.... it has a 28 gallon tank.

It was taking $106.00 to fill it up.... now I should be able to fill it up for $50.00.

With the economy as terrible as it is right now, at least this is one good thing going now. If gas was to go back up to $3-$4 per gallon now, I think alot of people would go under.

Everyone ready for this?

Today, it was $1.59 at the Marathon off of Asheville Highway next to Comcast. That's the Asheville Highway exit off of I-40 in Knoxville.
