The requirements to get an ID are listed below. It looks like multiple people are jumping in saying they need an ID too. Read the requirements and do whatever you need to do in order to get the required documents. I've seen people turned away from getting their license or other documents because they didn't have one of the requirements. I doubt they're going to bend the rules, and I doubt anyone here can help you get an ID.

U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents
To apply for an expiring or permanent Tennessee identification card, visit your local TN Driver Services Center in person. You cannot apply for an ID card online or by mail.

You will need to surrender any U.S. driver’s licenses or ID cards you currently hold (including out-of-state cards) and bring:

Proof of your U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence, such as your:
U.S. birth certificate.
U.S. passport.
Permanent resident status card.
A primary document proving your identity, such as your:
Original or certified birth certificate.
Current U.S. passport.
Citizenship certificate.
A secondary document proving your identity, such as your:
Health insurance card.
Social Security card.
Bank statement.
Proof of your name change, if your current name is different than your primary proof of identity.
Proof of your TN residency, such as a recent:
Utility bill.
Bank statement.
Rental or mortgage receipt. (Note: P.O. Boxes will not be accepted.)
Your Social Security Number (SSN) or a sworn affidavit if you don’t have a SSN.
Payment. (See the “Tennessee ID Card Fees” section below for fees and payment options.)

Note: All documents must be originals or certified copies. The DOS provides complete lists of accepted documents for citizenship or lawful residence, primary identity, secondary identity, and residency.
