looking for someplace i can move to that i can be away from my family . i live in ny and i hate it . i have always loved tn but i want a small town where i can live in peace.

Tennessee has alot of small towns that live in piece. About all one can do is visit a few and pick one as nobody can decide whats best for someone else.
What makes one town happy may not float someone elses boat.

Will you need a job when you move?
How large a town are you looking for?
Do you have children that are in school?
How close to a major airport do you want to be?
Will you be comfortable with just a Wal Mart nearby, or would you like to have a large selection of stores nearby?
Are you looking for a home to purchase?
Are you looking for acreage?

Sounds a bit like your running away, hate is not a good motivator. Resolve that issue first, then walk to something, you will have a much better experience.
