It shows the fee for the artist, Their craft shows. Never seen a fee for a craft show unless it's indoors....
I would presume if you copy & pasted that show in Google it would give all sorts of information....

If you like flea markets, head on over to Sweetwater

You can take the tour of the Mayfield Dairy for free, though you will be inevitably sucked into their enormous-portion-giving ice cream parlor. There's no milk production on Wednesday, which is a real bummer, and there's no ice cream production on Saturday, which is a semi-bummer, so avoid visiting on those days if you can. Learn more here. (Go down to the bottom and click on "take a tour".)

Vacation in Northeast Tennessee – attractions, events, heritage, music, golf and outdoor adventure (http://www.netta.com/plan_events_search.php?adodb_next_page=1&Date=2009-01-31+11%3A59%3A59&EndDate=2009-11-30+11%3A59%3A59&City=&Type=&keyword= - broken link)

From NETTA, the Northeast Tennessee Tourism Association. Okay, so not EVERYTHING on this list is free, but a lot of them are. This list is fairly comprehensive.

One thing mentioned in the list that is especially cool is the free lecture series at the Gray Fossil Site Museum. Very, very nice series. I definitely plan on going to "Exotic Plants in North America's Geological Past."
